Mad Jack Russells Dogs

I got a JRT (Buster) from the Re-homing Centre on Thursday evening, he is 7 months old, and his background, he was found in an empty house in March, he is a nice little dog, very lively. . . But he used to leave my side, not one second, I live in a ground floor one bedroom flat, I am currently in the pot, which is also how he at the moment of wee’ing poo’ing and wherever he pleases, but The most irritating thing is that we go for a long walk, and he used to do either, he’ll wait until he comes back into the house, then pee or poo on the carpet, I have even tried to leave him at the line runs through the house to the rear garden of hope that he would go there, but no, he will do it only in the interior of the house. . . I tried to ignore him, no eye contact, etc.. . but he thinks I’m only with him and play barks more. . . . The other thing that makes me really finished, is the fact that he starts to bark and howl when I try to lock him in the kitchen at night when I lived in a house would not be a problem, but I I live upstairs neighbors with a small child than you can imagine, they are less than impressed with this at night, by 1 clock. . . So I thought, ok, I let him sleep next to the bed, but he wont stay on the ground, he will jump on the bed and start rubbing all over him. Every time I grab him by the collar, put it back on the ground and tell him, very strict “NO”, but he only barks at me, I’m playing with him, and once I let him go, he runs around the bed and jumps around wiederIch am with my wits’ end, the only time he would relax, if I on the sofa with me, and he lay on the floor next to me, but I find it really hard on the sofa sleep i ‘ve had less than 8 hours of sleep in the last three days, I’m so tired. . . Anyone have any ideas how I can change this behavior, I would not have to take him back to the middle, as I sure that he is a great little dog when they are trained properly, I am. .
